I ordered the 'free trial' from Wu-Yi yesterday, and was told on their website $4.95 shipping fee!! yay i thought. to my disappointment, i was charged an extra $20 for international shipping (this was noted on the site, but not clearly) also, all of the prices were in USD, which is not clearly stated anywhere... so the $4.95 became $54!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
I tried to cancel my order today, and they tell me it has already been shipped. And that also if I do not send back the tea within 14 days i will be charged a further $59.95!! hate to think what that is in Kiwi currency!!!!
I AM PISSED OFF WITH THIS STUPID COMPANY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF INNOCENT PEOPLE!!!
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
