I just want to inform ANYone who has ever purchased "OneVanilla" prepaid cards, or thinking of purchasing these cards, PLEASE DON'T!!!! These cards are not secure, and incase of any issues you may have they will not provide you with any resources to resolve your issues. I was scammed out of $2000 from a bogus Ebay Motors invoice that was emailed to me in hopes of purchasing a car. The scammer was not working alone. She pretended to be a victim, then "Ebay Motors" sent me the (FAKE) information I needed to send the $2000. After a family member advised me to double check my purchase I did. Just like he said the money was gone off of the cards. I purchased a total of four cards that I loaded with $500. "OneVanilla" did send me some dispute forms, but it doesn't sound like they are really even concerned. They even told me I may not even recieve a refund. I hope my story helps someone else. Please becareful everyone. There are some no good people in this world and if all I can do is help the next person I will.
