Pay Pal Buyer Credit not only charges LOAN SHARK interest rates, but this is the kind of greedy Bernie Madoff mentality that is sinking the ship of the American Economy. People are struggling to maintain and these people kick you when you're doing that, by adding in a $39 late fee, when the payments are made a day early. This heinous practice, not to mention their maddeningly evasive "customer service" which is just some automated recording that drives you crazy after you listen through all of the information you already know for ten minutes and can't get a real person.
