EBay - Seller Mikek30 - Geraldine Klemmer copyright violations making fraudulent claims about items for sale/sold San Jose California

eBay Inc. seller "MikeK30" is selling work by "Outsider" artist Geraldine Klemmer, and it is labeled as "original art". It is not original art, it is reproduced from copyrighted images belonging to other artists.

Look at his ebay item #3731865424 and then look at my painting on my web site at and I think you'll see that the work for sale was obviously printed from the internet (it's easy to print on canvas these days) and just covered with a quick paint-over. The distinct imagery, including scenes that were invented by me, such as my painting "Aqua" (seen on my web site here , and the plagiarized image here ) is being fraudulently presented on ebay as the work of this so-called artist.

While I was looking through the records of Geraldine Klemmer's ebay sales, I discovered more paintings of mine that were copied and sold, plus I saw a painting ("South Van Ness Market" ) by noted San Francisco realist, E. Dale Erickson, again sold as "original art" by Geraldine Klemmer.

I attempted to remedy this situation by contacting ebay, but so far I have not been successful at getting through to them. When I posted messages to their forums (Community Help boards, Member Violations, Fraudulent Activity) I received quick admonishments from the forum moderators that informed me that I was using the forum inappropriately. But no one from ebay has answered my requests for help in dealing the fact that one of their members is violating my (and other artists) copyrights as well as defrauding ebay customers who think they have purchased original art.
