EBAY - STEVEN BAROW - JHON ANDREWS - GEORGE FARED EBAY SCAM! EBAY WILL NOT TAKE THE TIME TO HELP US! COP SAID EBAY IS INVOLVED!! ripoff MIAMI Florida Internet

This is the email I got from EBAY (I took my full name and EBAY username out). I asked a security question on EBAY'S website and this is the response that I got. I went directly to EBAY to ask the question. I did not click on a link in this scammer's email. I went straight to EBAY. When you get this response, it looks real. EBAY FINALLY decided to respond to the question I asked 8 days later.
EBAY hung up on me when I tried calling them.

What happens if the seller does not respond after the payment is completed?

We will reopen the case and notify you as soon as we will be contacted by the other part.

Do you need to have this transaction refunded?
The insured amount of the transaction will be taken from the seller's purchase protection account and transfered to the buyer's account. Refund requests are processed and solved out within 72 working hours.
