ebay Suspended on FALSE charge and TM violation Internet

 This was a REPLICA made by the Wagner Estate the ONLY Authorized Replica out there, as most people of this card knows there is only about 15 known Originals that were made in 1909 and then pulled each is worth a million or more. In 1995 The Wagner Estae Trade Marked the card and printed them. 100% legal, they are all OVER Ebay, in fact I purchased 250 of these from one person who is selling 100's and 1000's at a time.

At first they had no problem with me moving them, then POOF out of now where they took it down and suspended me, I had called 4X to Ebay about this and as is the typical handling of ebay the NEVER EVER verify the truth. This is a fact they ignore it and want you to go away. I even said look at my watch list, the EXACT same thing is being sold by others and they are not being booted and NOR SHOULD they. They still continue to seel and I can not.

The ONLY complaint I ever had was in May, they were having a promotion for sales, one person filled a complaint, NOT about this but stating I did NOT have a picture about another I was selling, true to ebay form did they verify this? Nor should that be grounds for suspension either. It HAD a picture as the person I spoke with looked and yet they suspended anyway as whom ever complains it is taken as GOSPEL. No investigation just action against me, this was NOT the 1st time they have done so over the last 15 years either.

Come to find out it was a competitor, he emailed me and says "I got you booted off HA-HA" Great I lose sales (they even went back 4 days and cancealed my sales b/c some a*s did this intentionally so he had no competition.)

Does this seem right, fair or the American way? HELL NO, it is a dictatorship and they put as much effort in finding the truth as the Goverment does.

On the other hand I was booted off PayPal strictly b/c I was suspended off ebay, not for any wrong doing.

@ Calls later I was besides myself pissed and was looking into legal action for trying to give them an interst free loan on my funds being held hostage. I Posted here sent them 2 more emails about my intentions and GUESS WHAT!

I got a call from PayPal, I had been with them since 2000, they lifted the ban as of yesterday as I signed NO AGREEMENT that they could do what they did and the woman I spoke with was even planning on calling ebay to get THAT lifted (suspension). I sent the pictures and THIS person actually DID SOMETHING. I nearly fell off my chair hearing this. Were as anyone at ebay does absolutley nothing! You have the proof and they wont so much as look at it.

So there it is, Paypal has a person with a Brain, ONE I can testify too, and only one. The ones on the phone are JUST as bad as any at ebay MORONS!

This is your second report.  In your first report you stated that your funds were held "WITHOUT ANY" claims against you.  But at the same time you stated that you had proof that their accusations were false.  Now you are talking about a trademark infringement violation.  So obviously if you say the accusation is false you have a claim against you.

In the end of the report you state you will just state the facts and will not lie.  But you haven't stated a single fact as to the reason they are holding your funds or why they are accusing you of some trademark infringement.  So what is the rest of the story?

 Was this card an original or duplicate (replica)??
