E.B.C. Juan, David, Berta Treminio Paid $450.00 to re chrome grille ,never got it back Covina California

On nov.11,2015 I was @ palm Springs Crusing Car show in palm desert,ca. they announced JT had bumpers for sale and also did re chrome work. He said after the show he will come to my place to pick up a front bumper and grill from my 55 ford pickup to be tripple chrome plated, JT ( Juan Treminio) picked up the parts and said he would have the bumper done in one week and the grille in 2 weeks, he collected a check for $670.00 up front.I thought it would be OK as the club let him in to sell .He brought the bumper in 1 week like he said.

Then came the problem with the grill,1st he said they would have to take it apart,re chrome the 3 pieces ,weld it back together it would take 2 more weeks.

After 14 phone calls and tex messages he gave the following excuses, welder didn't have time,it was now done and ready for shipment will be picked up that day and delivered in 2 days. Was going to call shipper and see why it was not delivered, then it was delivered to wrong address by fed-x. It was going to be returned to them this week, then sent UPS and never recieved, gave my a tracking number which was bogis,now dosen't call back or answer my messages.

I still don't have my grill.

I will be looking for them and when I find them I will have them arrested and will notify what jail he is in.
