eBGenius Plain Daylight Robbery Wilmington Delaware

On July 28, 2014, I placed an order for two softwares - Blog Comment Poster and Comment Poster with eBGenius via their Payment Processor (PP), Avangate for a total sum of US$300.00. This order was duly acknowledged and receipted by Avangate, the PP. Two days later, I purchased another software, eBgenius .edu backlinks software for another US$24.00 and have the receipt to prove the payment.

The softwares were installed as directed by the Vendor, but they failed to work! I could not even access the administration interface and I immediately sent an email to their Suppor HelpDesk. They promised to reolve the problem but succeded only partially! As a result of the pressure my pressure, they offered to host the softwares on their own servers at no extra cost to me, but that again failed to solve the problem! They never even cared to send me the links for accessing the softwares via their servers! Although I could now access the interface, the softwares never did the job they were supposed to do! My suspicion was aroused and I contacted the PP to refund my money before my refund request gets time-barred! Simultaneously, I contacted the Vendor for my refund and they tried to convince me that they could fix it. 

After a series of emails exchange with no success, I renewed my request for a refund by writing to both Vedor and Avangate, but only to receive a response from Vendor saying that while they, eBGenius have a refund period of 60 days, Avangate has a refund period of 15 days! What crooks!  I have received no further mails from them since then!

Can you see how parteners-in-crime can easily connive to defraud innocent people of their hard earned money in the name of internet marketing? Please, can you help me recover my money?

Readers, I hope you learn from my experience and that of some other innocent people duped by these spammers. For me, henceforth, any marketing pogram using Avangate for payment will be considered a spam and immediately filtered out of my mails! Avangate/eBGenius are partners in crime and their sites should be removed from  the net
