EBizProgram Acai Berry Postage Only Rip-Off Acai Berry Ripoff Internet

I sent for the free Acai Berry postage only offer. Upon receiving it, I noticed that it said in their enclosed flyer, to call within 15 days to terminate offer or I will be charged the full amount. I called to cancel within 10 days of receipt, but I was charged immediately thereafter.

I called their 877# repeatedly to see why I was charged after canceling, I got this answering service in India, didn't understand anything they were explaining, the only thing they said in perfect English was, "The company does not issue refunds on products that have been shipped". I explained that I did not receive anything because I had canceled, and I wanted to speak with someone in the US, but they kept on putting me on hold and hanging up on me. I finally called my bank and asked them to dispute the charge. The money was refunded by my bank and a dispute is in the works against them.

If nothing else, I will get to see who owns the company in the US and go from there.
