EBSS is at it "again" threatening ARRESTS - claims will send the Police to your house to ARREST you if you don't pay the bill. These d****e Bags are so full of SH * T , they could ARREST a flea on a dogs a*s in the heat of summer. They have NO POWER to ARREST anybody on a CIVIL MATTER. There is no such thing as DEBTORS PRISON for not paying a bill. They do not have the Authority to ARREST " anyone ". They are a Collection agency plain & Simple. The only person who can ARREST anyone in this country is The Local District Attorneys Office and it has to be a CRIMINAL ACT not a CIVIL LIABILITY.

EBSS is so full of SH*T that they STINK just talking to them. They will bait you into paying a bill but frankley you can tell them to kiss your BUTT CHEEKS in front of The Court House Steps. Even if you wrote a WORTHLESS CHECK, they do not have the authority to bring you to the District Attorney, only the person you wrote the check out to can do that. Just to let you know, EBSS is just the COLLECTION AGENCY, they can under NO CIRCUMSTANCES file charges against you... Absolutly NONE. Even if they boiught the file from somebody, they still have NO AUTHORITY to have you ARRESTED, only the person or company you made the check out to can.

In addition, even if they attempted to bring you to the District Attorney's Office, which they can't anyway the District Attorneys Office would have to file a cause of action against you directly... and.... you would have time / restitution to pay the Worthless Check off. EBSS is the SCUM of SCUMBAGS as far as a collection Agency. They are supposed to be BONDED... they are " not ". They are supposed to have bond insurance on each collector they put on their payroll.... they don't. The collecrtors use different Alias names, so if you sue EBSS, they'll claim there is no such person by that name. It is one scam after another with EBSS. When they call you, ..... record their conversation.

In the State of Georgia you do not rerquire a two party miranda to record their conversation. Georgia is one state that requires one party to have knowledge the conversation is being recorded. Screw the bastards. Go to thev BBB, The Attorney General of the State of Georgia, The Federal Trade Commission and write each one of the entities. I also suggest you contact your local POLICE or SHERIFFS Department and get it on record that they threatened you. Do not let the local Police or Sherriffs Department tell you they won't take the complaint.... they have to by law.

If you have additional problems e-mail (((email redacted)))c/o Juan Diaz a complete scenerio as to what happened. They will write you back and give you advice as what to do. Don't worry.... EBSS are d****e bags and can't do SH*T to you legally... it is all bull sh*T, do not let them intimidate you.
