Ecampus 8595145217 Whitney MurphyAgent CS# 9 on the chat board 01/17/2014 Rented book. hidden city Kentucky

I paid $25 for a 2 month rental of a text. 

The book arrived torn and with the critical certblaster card missing.

I did not complain.

I missed my return date and they billed my credit card $116 in fees.

I called and asked what I could get a return extension.

They said no.

I asked if I could pay them a high used fee. They said no.

I asked if I could pay a new book purhcase fee of $92. They said no.

I asked where this policy that justified their no could be read.

No answer. I was told to "except" the fee since I broke their rules.

ecampus.com/help/return-policy.asp does not state any fees other than a shipping fee.

I am challenging this through every method possible.

This company's phone wait time is over 20 minutes.

I believe it is a sign of unprinicpled management.

The CEO must is being  theif hiding behind his underpaid staff's bluser.
