I wish that I had read the complaints about this company before I sent my textbooks to them. I submitted my books and during the process checked the box to be paid through direct deposit. It initially stated that I would receive the funds 2-3 business days after they received and accepted my books. I sent the books our July 23rd. I checked and saw that they were delivered and accepted July 29th. I waited for payment and see that it has not been issued and but that the books have been approved. I also checked to see if I was correct in expecting the payment to be sent in 2 to 3 business days. It still said this. So five business days pass and I do not have a payment. I email asking about the delay.

I get a response stating that I should have been aware that i took 4 to 6 weeks to receive payment. I responded that I chose the direct deposit option to avoid waiting 4 to 6 weeks. I then recheck the direct deposit policy (which funnily enough I always had submit another buyback order to see it) and now the 2 to 3 business days statement has been removed. Needless to say I am very irate at the moment and feel like I have been swindled. They now have 122 dollars of mine. I am a college student on a fixed income as it is and now I have been ripped off! I got another response from them apologizing that they did not explain that my money would be deposited 2-3 business days after the 6 week processing time. What I want to know is why would it take 4-6 to process books they have already accepted?! I don't know what to do now. Two days ago they said it would take 4 weeks now I see on the site it says 6 weeks. I was really counting on the money and now I could just cry.
