In nov 07 I paid over 20,000 to Michael umile and his company Eccellentee gourmet coffee. The people there were jack aurthur david camm and michel umile. Till this day I have not recieved a single machine I was told i was getting 5 I have recieved nothing but a broshur and a certificate saying i am owner of teh franchise, I have been ripped of. I called my credit card company and the said that it has been too long ago that this happened and they cant help me. This was due to michel umile's excuses he was giving me such as heart surgery, funerals and other poor excuses that were delaying the process of shipping my machines untill one day there phone lines were all dissconected now i have nothing to show for this franchise.
