EccppAutoParts Sold me FOB does not contain a Transponder chip Pomona California

This company stated in their description (purchased amazon) that says it is programmable at the dealership. Did as instructed I programmed the car doors and got the key made. One of the FOBs battery was dead and I had to pay $7 to replace the battery before I could do anything with their product. Took it to the dealer they made me pay $145 to program and if it didn’t work I still had to pay the $145. Was informed it would not work and it does not have the chip to program. Wrote to company to request them to send me the chip they advertise as being contained in the product I bought, they replied it was out of stock. They refunded my money when I threatened legal action and are selling these even though they told me they the product is not in stock. They also told me today that I ordered the wrong part but it was the right part they just didn’t send me what I bought! I’m suing! Any lawyers out there that want to take this on please contact me or I will obtain my own lawyer! I’m out over $200 and I have nothing to show for it!
