We have provided all the right information before getting a formal proposal from Echo Global Logistics. We accepted their offer and paid them in full - $449.38.  

Then, 4 months later… ECHO Global Logisitcs came back saying that the shipment cost a lot more and asked for $355.76 more without any specific reasons.  Their Account Receivables department issued an invoice/ statement that they dated 90 before to claim that the account was past due by 90 days or more and threatening us to send the account to third Party Collection Company.
