We bought a motor for a customer from ATK Engines. they sold us a motor that was suppose to be rebuilt they put used parts in motor and it would not even drive 10 miles. we had the customer buy the gold seal service aggrement in case of any problems. I must say this company is the most unprofressional company they are selling inferior engines we put the second engine in and we are now having the same problems with this engine, it took 6 days for someone to call me back when the first engine went out
it has been 5 days since they got the motor back and now they say it will be 5 to 15 days to get an answer. so what is the goldseal serivce agreement about. the worst part is the people that answer the phones you never get to talk to anyone you have to wait for them to call you back. We are a AAA repair shop we have been doing this for 32 years now and I will say again I have never ran across such a horrible company.I will never ever never buy anything from them again and i will do my best to make sure everyone knows about this company...

We went to court and won the case. Our customer will get most all of his money back, In my opinion this was a very big deal, these big companies can no longer hide behind a few miss spelled words or turned around words. I feel that the judge was very fair.
It was time consuming but worth it. This company was made to stand behind their gold seal warrenty and not just throw it in the garbage becuase it was what they wanted to do. Right is right wrong is wrong...

we had to get a court date to try and get this cleared up because this company is so uncoperative.
