Gearhead engines ATK engines Promise warranty and will not deliver, deceptive advertising , Internet

This company has a slick sales staff and promise a warranty.  The engine arrived defective, the customer service department however says, they will not make it right unless you remove the engine, ship it to them and let them inspect it.  Then if they determine it's defective they will send a new one and pay half the labor for it's install.

The advertise under Gearhead because ATK has a poor reputation.  They do not tell you its ATK until the motor arrives.  The mechanics who are ASE certified have trouble shooted the issue but they will not pay for that even  though it's a defective product.
