Echo Peak Design aka Luke Adamson Took our money in February 2017 and never delivered our order. Bigfork Montana

We ordered and paid $535 for a custom wooden bench from Echo Peak Designs via Etsy.com.  At the time the order was placed and paid for via credit card on February 7, 2017, we were told that the order would take approximately 3 months to complete.   We checked in with the vendor in May 14, 2017 and were told the order was still a few weeks out.   We checked in with the vendor on May 29, 2017 and were told they would do their best to get us the order prior to June 17, 2017.  This did not occur.   We checked in again on August 25, 2017 and were told that the vendor closed their Etsy shop, but were still fulfilling orders.   On September 1, 2017, we told the vendor that we wanted our money back.  The vendor did not respond and did not ship the order.   We have emailed the vendor directly and have left phone messages and have not received a response.  Update:  Just as we filed a BBB report, the vendor has told us that the "custom" bench will be fully made, stained, etc. and shipped in the next day.   I am sure that is either another lie or we are going to be shippped a pre-fab bench from Ikea.
