Echo Towing Echo Towing Houston, Texas Never Showed Up - Left me in the Dark - literally - Called back after 2 hours - Said Oh not our area Houston Texas

Called  the 1800 roadside assistance at 11:00 PM as my car would not start, nor would it go into gear. Brand new car, the dealershp had advised me to contact the 1800 MB USA Rd Assistance. I ask if I could schedule for 4:00 AM since it woul be an hour and ahlf drive to dealership. Yes, that is fine, at 4 am I called Roadside assitance to advise I was at the car and ready for the tow.  I was told that Echo Towing was in route and would call with an eta. I recieved a call at 4:39 tow truck was expected to arrive at 6:00 am. At 6:56 1-800 MB USA contacts me to tell me that Echo cancelled and they would not be arriving and MB USA is sending a different tow truck company.

REASONS: For not getting car towed at 11 PM

1. I am a lady - I did not want to stay in a dark parking lot alone waiting for a tow truck driver to show up or in this case nevver show up. Very bad idea. (So I stayed overr night in a safe location where I could get towed in early morning hours)

2. By getting towed at 6:00 AM and the dealership is 1.5 hours away the car arrives as an early appt and gets in and out sooner. 

ECHO Towing waited 7.5 hours to inform MB USA that oh by the way we don't go to that area of town. Then why can't you say that at 11 PM when the order was placed. I guess you woul have left a lady on the road all night. 

Totally horriable. Will make sure that these jerks are known about all over town. DO NOT USE! BEWARE
