Echo Trans World Seeking legal assistance to obtain household goods being held against our will. Echo Transworld owes Reliable money and Reliable is therefore holding our household goods hostage in Rotterdam while trying to get the money it says Echo owes them. New York, New York

I along with others am in the middle of a dispute between Echo Transworld and Reliable moving and seek legal assistance to obtain household goods being held against my will at Reliable Moving.

Echo Transworld owes Reliable money and Reliable is therefore holding our household goods hostage in Rotterdam while trying to get the money it says Echo owes them.

Our shipments all came from the US where Echo is based. We all paid Echo in full for the service of shipping our goods to Europe. Reliable is the partner of Echo for our shipments in Europe. We have all been trying to get Reliable to deliver our goods but Reliable says they will not until they receive payment from Echo. I do not know if the money Echo owes Reliable is even related to our shipments. I assume it is. Echo will also not help in this matter. They say that they have no responsibility and that we should contact Reliable for delivery.

Meanwhile, Reliable is charging us storage for holding the goods even though we have all asked to have our goods delivered to us ASAP. They also keep raising the price for the storage and hope that we will be able to convince Echo to pay them. This has been going on for over one year and a half now.
