I purchased a complete Senoir Picture package and paid upfront. Repeated lies, phone call tag and MIS-REPRESENTING themselves as honest business with integrity. Called a week before Christmas and was told the "lab" messed up and they would be ready before X-mas. Order was placed on October 27 and was told it would take two weeks. Then the lies, was told that my info was not provided & he cant find the order? So, made that happen! Then was told another story and I instructed them to call when pics were in and NOT to give them to anyone else except me the Dad & person who paid for the package. Never got the call and on Xmas Eve I called the studio to see if they could be ready by New-Years... What do ya know, On Christmas Day, we get a call from "bobby" the camera man who said "Oh, They were ready last month and I called your Son (The child-teenage 17 year old) and thats all I know so This is "bobby" at Echo -yadda-yadda.... I'll leave them in the drop box and you can come by and get em... Merry Xmas....." Yeah, right....
So I went to the studio and picked up a box that had 15 wallets and two 5x7. All the other $200 package was missing and I can now only assume this Man doesnt have the back bone of an Ant...
Congrats, this guy is on the same level as a crooked car salesman and has stabbed my family and me in the back by being a thief and a LIAR... God people just suck, Here's an Idea - the next time you F*** Up / Do the next right thing and simply be honest and make it right instead of being a JERK and trying to cover your a*s!!! It makes you LOOK LIKE AN a*s Bobby....

Jan 1st 2009 was the very first time I ever looked at this so called "Rip off report" this has been available since 12-25-2005. to put it mildly I was totally shocked I never knew I had an enemy of this sort. I was even more shocked when I was told this will never be removed -ever. I have found this " Kris" from 2005 and found out from my records that her son"Stean" was photographed 10-27-2005, order was placed11-22-2005 and a partial order was delivered 12-27-2005 balance was delivered 12-30-2005, I do not have a clue what happened to this order but it was late by our standards.
I have tried to call this person to make an apology, but with no success, as you can imagine by reading this report the phone number I have no longer belongs to this person. I really do not know this person and I know they do not know me as nobody has ever in my life called me"Bobby".
You might wonder why I would even take the time to respond, at 71 years old; who cares! Well it's kind of like this- I have never received a traffic ticket and I have been driveing Legally since I was 15- I have never paid one cent interest on a credit card - Our Studio has 1735 active clients in our data base and to my knowledge I have never cheated anybody in the 20+ years we have been in business in any way - it is just a matter of pride, thats all I can say.
To my Christian friends if you are familiar with"Isa.54-17" keep in mind the weapon's will be formed; if it can happen to me it can happen to anybody.
