I ordered an aviary from Gail Martin. She assured me her shippers would bring it into my garage for extra cash.I made my purchase baased on that statement. It cost me $1997.40. The shippers contacted me and said the crate weighed in at over 420 lbs and it was CURBSIDE drop off only. I had to get it up my driveway myself. I at that time stopped the delivery(still in NC), called and left emails for the vendor, sent emails, and finally did a charge back on my credit card. This was back in JANUARY!!!

Gail MArtin has blocked my telephone number and email addresses. I can get no help from the cc company. I even had the State Attorney General's Office involved. All finally told me that I have to handle this myself.

I have no where else to turn. Small claims court is mot an option as I would have to file in NC and I live in MD.

I have offered to pay a second shipping fee if she will send it back with shippers who would place it in the garage. She does not respond.

Scam from Echo's Haven and (((Redacted)))

Both have my money and resold the bird aviary and I am still paying off the cc used to buy what I never got. Gail Martin skipped out of her state top Florida is running a new scam business called CROWN JEWELS. BEWARE!

This couple no longer run Echo's Haven, now they run a new age magic gems shop on line. She has a POBox in Florida. They never once responded to any legal mail. Research shows they had similar law trouble in Texas concerninf cc fraud. Seems like a habit I would steer clear of them! As it is I am paying off my cc for an aviary that I f=do not have. Sucks!

Husband Lying about wife no longer living at home

I have begun the collection of my money that I received in small clcaims court. What a joke! She has refused to accept any certified mail. Last mail marked First- refused to accept and the Second 3 days later marked MOVED AND LEFT NO FORWARDING ADDRESS. The courts will not help collect the money. The address is now listed under David Notestino, her husband. I called him. He just laughed and said he would not provide info. I told him then a deputy would br coming down to take his wife in handcuffs up here to the judge. He laughed at me and hung up. These folks are thieves and liars!

Filed a small claims suit and they did not respond to summons!

Compnay was informed by their own Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division that thye could not keep both the payment and the aviary. Response was" We do not know if the aviary is still available" which mean it was sold a second time and now they have been paid twice.


Filed a small claims suit here in my state. They did not pick up the summons at the Post Office. I then had to refile and had them served by their local sheriff's department. They never responded to the suit so now it is in the hands of a judge to review the evidence.

This lady never responded to the State's Attorney's Office im my state. She refused mediation with her own state's BBB. She lied to my cc company on the receipt(which was changed when I filed with her state's Consumer Protection Division) and also told them they were going to resolve the problem through the NC Consumer Protection. She then told the NC Concumer folks that she is not certain the aviary is available to ship to us. She has been informed that she can not keep a payment if we do not have the aviary. She seems to ignore that fact! We filed a small claims suit against her in my state of MD. She received a certified delivery notice and refused to go to the PO to pick it up. I am now having the sheriff's office in her county serve her as soon as I get the renewal papers from my District Court. Beware!! Echo's Haven/Gail Martin.Toolady is not some one to deal with as she sees 1 side and 1 side only!
