ecig4free charged me the full amount before trial period was over, never refunded money after I sent it back according to phone conversation instructions Internet

I ordered the ecig4free online after receiving a link on Facebook.  It was $9.95 for a trial period.  When I received the product I had no idea how to put it together and use it.  The instruction booklet was worthless, just pictures of what items are included but with no clues as to how to work it.

I thought maybe I'd find someone else who has one of these e-cigarettes to ask how to do it.  After less than a week they had charged my credit card $149, which is less time than I had for the trial period to return it.

On April 2, 2010, I called and spoke with someone named Sean who confirmed that I shouldn't have been charged yet and that I could send it back by April 6th but would only get $100 refunded due to a "restocking" charge. It is extremely difficult for me to tell this story without swearing! 

I spent $24 to send it UPS by April 6th as I was told to do by Sean.  I tracked it and found out it was delivered on time.

I haven't gotten a refund and it's been 6 weeks.  I tried to call but couldn't do so during their business hours so haven't spoken to anyone yet about the refund.  So basically I'm out $200 bucks if it is indeed a rip-off scam and I'm really mad.
