ECIGSBRANDS.COM Max vapor online ecigbrand.com DECEPTION and LIES Internet

Do not buy anything from ecigsbrand.com AKA Max Vapor online. I answered their add for a free vapor kit and all I had to do was pay 9.95 shipping & handling. Two weeks later they debit your account an additional 100.00 dollars without your consent or knowledge. I did not discover this fraud until I got my bank statement in the mail. When I called them they informed me THEN this was a club membership and if I did not want to be a member I should have notified them within the proper time allowed period. I told them I was NEVER notified of this whatsoever in any way shape or form before during or after. They had a salesman call me 2 days before their kit arrived trying to sell me additional products to go with the kit I ordered and had not received as yet. I told him then the kit had not arrived and when it did I was going to try it and see if I could use it to possibly quit smoking and if I was successful I would contact them about ordering additional products. I was NEVER told about this so called membership...EVER. They should of informed me then and there about this so called membership. I was not.

After their vapor kit arrived it worked for 2 days. On the third day it quit working and I could not get it to work again trying everything I could. Having not received ANYTHING about how to contact them I tossed it in the trash and considered it a 10.00 dollar lesson learned. That was until I got my bank statement showing them illegally debiting my account another 100.00 dollars. In total I paid 110.00 dollars for a 12.99 vapor kit that quit working after 2 days. They never sent me any emails. There was no information included with the kit I received and the only time I got a call was when they tried to sell me additional products for their kit before it had arrived. I was NEVER told or informed about this being a so called membership and that they would debit my account an additional 100.00 dollars. If I had been informed about this beforehand I NEVER would have bought this kit. 

This site is a scam and a ripoff. DO NOT buy anything from these scam artists.
