I am really frustrated and confused, from the beginning I was told that a refund would be given to me if I didn't find a rental, Ezrentlist says that I signed the agreement, which I never saw when I logged in, in fact, Kevin gave me a password and when I used that password, I was given immediately access to the website and the list of rentals and I DIDN'T SEE ANY TERMS OR CONDITIONS, the only form that I signed is the one provided to apply for a refund, and Kevin explicitly told me that a full refund would be given to the customer and another female representative explained the same, "no hidden charges or fees", and I noticed inconsistencies in the representatives, another problem is when I filled out the refund form, obviously I proved that I found a place without their Help, waited more than a month, and only when I left a message to Ezrentlist, that's when I receive the answer, when in fact,the procedure for a refund states that a 3-5 days period is needed to receive an answer, the refund manager told me that Ezrentlist needs to charge money to keep their business, the transactions are made by phone. Another problem is when I received the refund, I received $30.00, someone from Ezrentlist told me that only 50% of the amount is given back, so when I call another representative, I was told a different story, they told me that there is a $50.00 dlls fee, that's when I am really confused, if there is a $50.00 dlls fee, why Ezrentlist gave me back $30.00? Do they decide how much money should be given back? I am really crossed.
