E.Clipse Reaction Corp. ECR Door to door fraud Ft. Worth, Texas

A man came to our door in February selling magazines. He said it was for a company that helped get struggling youth on their feet and you could purchase for yourself or donate magazines to a hospital (e.g., Highlights magazine to a children's cancer ward).

My husband purchased People magazine as a gift to me. The charge of $119 went through immediately.  The receipt noted that delivery was not slated to occur for 120 days - it has now been 180 days and still no magazine.

After 120 days, we called the "business" but got only an answering machine that stated leave a message or visit the website.  The mailbox was full so no message could be left and the website requires a password to get in.

Based on the scores of other reviews of the same nature listed on BBB, I have no doubt that this is a complete scam.  I would like to get the message out there as I could find no other information this scam of a company except on the BBB site.
