Andrew, the receptionist, is quite a character. Not the sharpest tool in the box. I'm writing this review for the owners to read. If The owners selected him to be the gatekeeper knowing that Andrew is a gaslighter and lacks the basics of the English language, then I am more than happy to give my business to another company. Andrew kept me on hold for 15 minutes; he kept telling me he was going to transfer me to someone else since he could not answer the questions for me, yet he kept coming back on the phone pretending like he was somebody new. He actually thought I forgot who he was. And he pretended like he was somebody else when I asked to speak with someone else since he didn't know what he was talking about the first time. Somehow he managed to lie to me, and deceive me and then pretend not to speak English and pretend to be stupid. Maybe he is stupid after all. Maybe that's what his employer wants. He just managed to lose a great customer for the owners.

HORRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTED!! We were scam! Salemans came to our door and told us our energy bill was too high, one of the guy- I remember his first name was "Lee". They recommend us to install water filter to help low the bill. So we decided to accept it because they basically said it was only $20 per months, it was a good deal. They came in and install the filter, sometime later we got a call from the company and a woman told us that we no longer need to pay for everything, so basically is free. Then they told us that they can also install an AC, a heater, windows, for free of charge! It was getting suspicious, so we ask for a contract and proof that we don't have to pay anything. They said they'll be bringing the contract once they install the AC and everything else, so we argue back that we still need the contract... A week later, workers came in and told us that they were here to make install the AC and heater, we told them that the company nor us made any appointment, and yet still waiting for the contract! We didn't want to install the items just yet, one of the worker got quite upset and force us to install it anyway.... we can tell he's upset.
So we did. Once the installation were done, my husband ask for the contract again, they said they'll let the company know next time. Few week passed, one of the worker knock on our door and told us that he was here to install the windows, once again.. NO APPOINTMENT!
He said they just send him here, he didn't know anything.. just doing his job. We told him not to install the window this time, he respect our request and left 3 windows outside our backyard. END OF STORY? noPE.
Months passed, they just notify us that we have to pay $3000+ per 1 year for 30 years!!!!!! We couldn't cancel it since it passed their date of cancelation which I think was 20 days, they pretty much tricked us and waited for weeks and month to pass so we have to pay for it at the end... this is why YOU DON'T TRUST DOOR to DOOR COMPANY!! We tried contacting them, we tried everything.. and they pretty much ditch us. 
So we're going to file a complaint!!
