We have lost thousands of dollars, and our reputation online, this unscrupulous shipper that routinely ignores orders, and refuses to correct shipping mistakes. We have struggled to stay alive as hundreds, and hundreds of dollars were lost to extremely angry customers who never received their merchandise while Ecobaby basically sneered at, and insulted our business.
While they appear to deliver product for awhile, suddenly and inexplicably, one order after another will fail to deliver until an entire year's profit is gone in damage control, losses, and bad press from angry people that belongs squarely with Ecobaby, not a company that had to drain personal savings to compensate our customers.
Needless to say, we are still trying to reinvent our company in the wake of the complete destruction of our online reputation, and will never, ever purchase so much as a washcloth from Ecobaby PureRest.

I am Ginny, President of Ecobaby Organics. We have a physical large store, and have been in business for 18 years. This report is confusing. It states no details and I have no record of any unshipped merchandise, or unrefunded returns. It is strange that the report lists that we shipped merchandise to people that did not order merchandise. Why would anyone do that? We are a company that manufactures and ships organic merchandise for over 300 online stores owned by family businesses. It is no advantage for us to refuse to ship merchandise and our 18 year history proves this. I ask that the person responsible for these posts, contact me directly with any sort of proof so this can be resolved. It is odd that I, the owner, have not had any sort of message from this company YRC. When I look up YRC, I find they are a freight company. That is very strange. YRC Online: The online home of YRC, a leading transporter of industrial, ... Innovations, 4/29, 4/30, Bethesda Marriott, Bethesda, MD, Freeman. So this looks like fraud.

Ecobaby product our customers never received

We now have on record 11 extremely costly Organic Mattresses in the past 12 month period, that Ecobaby either never delivered, or delivered to people who never ordered any organic mattresses from us, and did not feel inclined to return.
Ecobaby naturally refused to accept blame, and continued to ignore orders for expensive organic bedding, that resulted in devastating losses to our company. To date, we have been unable to get reimbursement for a number of those organic mattresses.
This company needs to be exposed.
