Eco Canteen Web site first attempted to bill me for extra products I did not want. When they finally sent the products I wanted one of the bottles had rust inside. The Customer service phone number they list is never answered

We apologize if you were unable to reach customer service but phone. If you do in fact have a bottle that is rusting (they should not rust) please feel free to contact customer service at your earliest convenience so we can rectify the issue. You can contact customer service at 888.229.9543 Monday - Friday 9 a.m. 5 p.m. EST (we do close daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. EST). We look forward to your call. Eco Canteen NEVER Charges extra products, the customer MUST choose YES to choose to receive an upsell product.
