ecoLogical Lawn Care MR JOHN DEFILLIPI AFTER TWO MONTHS WITH ECOLOGICAL I HAD BALD SPOTS IN MY YARD WHICH EXIST THIS DAY AS NO ONE HAS TOUCHED MY YARD SINCE ECOLOGICAL. Boulder Colorado

After two months with John DeFillipi(giving him total carte blanche to my yard)  and Ecological, I had bald spots in my yard that I never had before.  I told Ecological they had to service my yard when I was there.  So I could see what they were doing.

I am a single African American female and a 100% disabled veteran.

One monthI found a pile on seed on the north side of my yard.  I told Mr John DeFillipi.  He said to me, "Spread it out with your foot".

EcoLogical lawn care carries out predaotry-type business practices.  EcoLogical lawn care claimed they seeded my yard with seedd only requiring water.  And I asked multiple times only to get "only water" from John DeFillipi and all  his staff. I have but one sunny spot in my yard with conditioned soil because the previous owner had a thriving raspberry patch there.  Now, that is the only place were grass grew.  

MR JOHN  DEFILLIPI set my sprinkler system and I watered and  watered and i would get bills for all these tonics and elixirs supposedly applied to my yard.  I paid them for eight months---almost $1000 for my very tiny Boulder lawn.  And  I would see no seed.  And Marc, the office manager told me, "The equipment despences the seed into the ground and then tills the seed beneath the soil."  So that was why I was not seeing seed.  So I believed them and I paid them. 

AFTER TWO MONTHS WITH ECOLOGICAL I HAD BALD SPOTS IN MY YARD WHICH EXIST THIS DAY AS NO ONE HAS TOUCHED MY YARD SINCE ECOLOGICAL.

I gave John DeFillipi two months carte blanche with my yard.  I had bald spots which I never had before and they remain bald to this day.  To demonstrate the  level of incompetence of ECOLOGICAL and how deceptive they are in their business practices, They seeded my yard at the very end of Sept. and then aerated it. I mean the seed guy was being followed---literally followed by the aeration guy.  And I told them "no", "that's not right"and the ECOLOGICAL employee insisted that it was the correct thing to do and thats what they did.  MR JOHN DEFILLIPI i even told me I could wait until well into November to turn off my sprinkler system.

One month I complained that I did not see seed in the yard as I did the first time. John DeFillipi told me, "We only seed the bald areas." Well, guess what, Mr John DeFillipi and Ritchie, his employee, had created the only bald spots in my yard.  They said they were 'leveling the ground".  And they charged me $95.00 for that.

MR JOHN DEFILLIPI SERVICED ANOTHER YARD IN BOULDER JUST LIKE MINE.  SMALL AND LOTS OF SHADE.  HER YARD IS BEAUTIFUL. BUT, they are friends. SO it is evident how that goes.
