eCom Merchant Solutions LLC Kristie Kliese, Faith Sanchez Fired without reason via text early in the morning 6:39AM for no apparent reason at all. Clackamas, Oregon

When I was employed this Merchant Processor didn't generally work with Retail accounts, most of there accounts were Internet through Authorize.net and the owner Kristie Kliese claimed that she was the 3rd Merchant to sign with Authorize.net

Kristie Kliese when I first met her I was impressed at what she had accomplished as a female in an industry dominated by men and I had high regard to her initially.

Problem started with her General Manager - Faith Sanchez who has been just that Faith-ful to Kristie for 7 long years and lots of good people have been fired and let go by this retard who is nothing but a control freak I was hired to find new sales representatives in Oregon and Canada I already had a team in Canada so we were attempting to acquire the Canadian Market it never happened in just over 2 months getting legal and licenses so in the result my reps moved on, also another issue was that our sales representatives were required to call only the office line from where ever they lived and fax only to the office line, my concern with this was that sometimes Sales Representatives sometimes send in there faxes after 5PM and if there is a mistake it cannot be fixed while with the merchant and I was told that this HAD TO HAPPEN by Faith Sanchez total control freak others loved it when she left the office for lunch or an appointment as to be able to breath for an hour, The Owner is another crazy individual who basically never showed up for weeks sometimes 2-3 weeks with no show to the office so the office was always in disarray and no one even talked it was like a morgue to work here, jealousy is a mother f**ker and all I was hired to do was bring in more deals and that actually was starting to happen 3 deals in less than 2 weeks after only being with the company a couple months, starting with no reps in the USA to closed deals and more on the way in coming week. I have never worked with an owner that texted employees about important business decisions and thus the reason things were lost in translation.

Bottom line is this Owner is non existent in her own business and is OUT OF TOUCH with the industry and without her PISS GIRL whom runs the Office is an out of control jealous insecure retard.
