EcoMaxx Total scam Nationwide

EcoMax Skin cream and eye cream is a complete and absolute rip off. They offer "free" trial.  Them  keep auto taking from your bank account $180 a month for their cream and eye care

You have to fight to get your money back.  They give 2 RMA numbers for return but you have to send in 2 separate packages so you have twice the postage to return.  They tell you 7-10 business days to return the money to your bank.  7-10 business days comes and goes and they have not returned the money.  

You call and are told wait another 3-5 business days and call back if the money is not in your account.  I live in Ft Myers FL sent it back to St Petersburg with tracking numbers.  When I checked they received the product back in one day.   It is now 3 weeks later and still no money in my bank account.

I called and was told to wait another 3-5 days and see if the money appears.  I am 74 yrs old and need that money in my account to pay my bills.  I am planning hoping to find an attorney who will take a case to sue these people on a contingency basis.  They need to be put out of business ASAP.
