Ecommerce Positioning promise improve sales Bothell, Washington

i was contacted by sales person who viewed my discount fragrance website concerning my need for keyword optimization, reworking front page for traffic improvement along with a written money back guarantee.  I contracted services for a negotiated down from $8000 to $2295 and $69.99 monthly reoccuring fee that again required improving the initial package for another $2500 that resulted in not (one sale) compared to a few sales prior to their services.  It became difficult in communicating with them and at times and I questioned wheather they had a home office. 

I ended the un necessary experience that was non productive with a formal notice according to the agreement.  I was issued their contract opt out agreement that gave them some legal protection from recource of action that was necessary for me to sign with area for my written input listing my reason and dissatisfaction of the service on the document.  I requested a partial refund since there was no progress made on their behalf and they reviewed their obligations and claim they had done what they agreed to and the results was not on their failure according to the contract.

I spent over $7000 with Ecommerce Positioning for not (one) sale as a result and my fragrance prices were lower than my competition and was designer products.  I experienced numerous sales before contracting with them.  I consider this a good example of being ripped off.
