I really don't want to get into a pissing match with Chuck on this issue. All I can say is everything in his rebuttle is a lie. To say I'm a friend of his ex is a joke. I only know her because I went to their house in hopes she could help locate him after he ripped me off. We are on the books to solve this through small claims court as we speak. As far as stalking is concerned, I did everything I could to resolve this between us however he would make promise after promise to pay me but never did. Therefore when I saw him in the local area I would stop and talk to him. I also sent him certified letter after certified letter but they were always returned. I finally had to have the Constable go to his house to serve him papers.  Chuck, I too have all the documentation and pictures as well. As far asa the 13K? That was MY MONEY. I have the receipts. Prove to everyone on here that you are a man of your word and contact me to resolve this. You have my number. I'll be more than happy to post another rebuttle on the outcome. And you are correct. God is in control and will be the ultimate judge. I'll be waiting to hear from you just like I have for the past year. By the way whoever is reading this. It is extremely difficult to recoup your money through the legal system when something like this happens so it's not worth taking the risk with a company such as this. I am aware it has been a year since this project and I should have taken action before now.   I decided not to let this angry person ruin my business.   I have the complete folder with receipts for all material and labor.  I will keep this short and sweet...In no way did I beg for work.  This person stalked me, verbally acusted me onow several occasions with my step son in the vehicle. Jim was not then and never has been a business partner which can be proven through tax statements from my CPA.  I put 13k into this job.....materials and labor...I also have pictures that show the house was never exposed to elements.  This person who is a friend of my ex wife, is and was out to discredit me personally and professionally.  I refuse to roll over and play dead.  The proof is here in my possession and I will be glad to fax, scan, or mail proof.  In closing, only God controls me and my life and I am proud of my business.
