ecopoxysystems Eco smart product failure, refusal to honor warranty providence rhoade island

I purchased their pool epoxy that is guaranteed not to peel, crack, fade or chalk. The epoxy comes with a 10 year gaurantee. You can imagine my surprise when the new epoxy coating started having problem after one year. I hired a reputable waterproofing contractor to install the epoxy, they did everything per manufacturer spec. The job was great when they were done. However, 2 years later and here we are.  Epoxy has faded, peeling, cracking, and chalking all of which it is guaranteed no to do.  I contacted the manufacturer, and they gave the runaround for three weeks before finally telling me they wouldnt honor their warranty guarantee. I spent almost 2000.00 on 15 gallons of epoxy because they guaranteed it. Now I'm up ***t creek and have no paddle.
