I ordered an air purifier from Ecoquest Internationl in February and set up a payment schedule with Best Finance via telephone with no written contract at $133.00 a month for five months. April 1st I contacted Ecoquest International and Best Finance to request a full refund and to announce that I returned the BRAND NEW (still in its original box) purifier via US Postal Service with a signature confirmation receipt. It was no longer an option to pay for this machine as I could not afford it. When I received my credit card statement in May I noticed that Best Finance charged me twice for the air purifier (which I had all ready returned)... I called and filed a dispute with my credit card company for unauthorized use of my account. To date I have paid over $532.00 to Best Finance for a machine that I never used and now no longer have in my possession.
Ecoquest and Best Finance has claims to RUIN MY CREDIT RATING by turning me into collections.
