On August 21, I purchased an on-line, make money program called ProfitArticle. I paid $47.00 for the program. I paid with my PayPal account, using my credit card. When I received my receipt from PayPal, I noticed that the business name and contact was ecorp.
I have been trying to use the program as instructed, but I have decided that is is not for me. So, I attempted to contact ecorp at the e-mail address provided by PayPal in order to obtain my refund. The address didn't work, so I contacted PayPal.
I decided that I wanted to talk to a real, live person, so I asked for an agent. I explained my situation. She told me that PayPal does not go after web sites as a rule, but she was kind enough to try and help me. She tried to find ecorp, but admitted that it was probably just another get rich scheme.
She offered to file a dispute for me even though they don't usually do one in this situation. She also warned me against buying digital products.
So, I am probably out $47.00 but, if I can help someone else avoid these problems, that will be good.

This person says they could not contact us. We list several email addresses such as profitarticle@yahoo.com OR info@Profitarticle.com etc. and they are working fine. Anyone reading this may try to contact us and if you want request a refund and see what response you get. We do not have any record of this person being part of our program. I think there is more to this false report than meets the eye, or simply this person does not know how to use an email. Just letting you know we do keep our promises on the refund and just send us an email and you will see we do.
