Please stay away from this company. They are the true pest!!

The terms in my contract were over, and when my husband called to cancel the contract, he was advised the he would be getting a call with the cancellation confirmation.

I called 24 hours later to get the cancellation confirmation, I get this customer service girl, Amanda, extremely rude and condescending, she advises that I need to speak with their cancellation manager, John Burke, that she can transfer me to his voicemail because he was away from his desk, I said, no, I need to speak with someone now, but she went ahead and transferred me to his voicemail anyway. I left a voicemail at around noon.

I called back at 4pm. I asked again for their cancellation manager, he wasn't there, I get Another Amanda, a manager. She gave me the same bogus information that I can only cancel a contract with their cancellation manager and he is not there. What kind of company is this, so they only have 1 person to do a job and can't be delegated to anyone else?

I asked the manager Amanda to transfer me to someone above her, she advises her manager was Eric Chavez, I asked to be transferred to him, she put me on hold for a while and she advises he didn't answer and couldn't transfer me to him. At that point I was already livid.

I had filed a complaint with the BBB, and I was filing a complaint also with the Department of Agriculture, while I was looking for their license number on their website, IT WASN’T THERE!! I called back and spoke with a Kayla, she advises me that information can’t be provided to be, I advised her that information needed to be provided to me by law, she went to speak with someone, and finally gave me their license number.

I was able to contact Eric Chavez via email and he gave me the bogus information that no one had contacted him, otherwise he would’ve talked to me, now he is telling me that my contract has been cancelled and they were going to return $115 dollars for the last service that wasn't fully completed.

He states in the email that they didn't go in my back yard because of my dogs, no, they didn't go in the back yard because my house was locked because we were vacationing outside of the country and I never confirmed the appointment to begin with!

At this point, the $115 back is not going to satisfy me, they refused to do the right thing for their customer and they will continue to do the same for other people and that is not right.
