Ecowater of Moscow, Idaho Never finished the job but sent me a full bill! Moscow Idaho

Last June, we moved from Princeton, Idaho down to Lenore, Idaho.  We had  Ecowater uninstall our water softener and they were supposed to reinstall it at our new place.  It was under construction but we did have a utility house where they could have installed it. We wanted to have it installed or attached to our 5th wheel but the plumber called up to Ecowater in Moscow and they said to not do it.  I was busy moving from Princeton down to our new place in Lenore. If he would have seen the utility house which was in plain sight, he could have installed it in there. There is electricity and everything he needs.  Now we have to have pay  a new plumber  to install it, pay money and the job was never finished.  We received a bill for about $600.  We have felt that we have never owed this full amount.  I can see the trip charge and the charge for uninstalling it but we do not owe this full amount and now we have been placed with a collection agency which is a blemish on my record. They have never tried to work with us or finish the job.  I am very unhappy about this.  Be careful when hiring them to do a job for you.  They get their money but you don't get all of the services you deserve!
