eCPRCertification.com I wanted to get certified(cpr) for my new business and found the company online. I took the test, encountered a problem after making my payment on May 2nd or 4th. I have been trying to reach the company via email through contact us page through the site and phone. No has responded or replied and I want to be refunded or sent my document. Purchased a CPR certification after testing online and never received document or a response to my calls or email.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with retriving your certificate.
Please note, that we make every effort to deliver the certificates to our students in timely and efficient manner. This is evident by virtually nonexistent number of complaints regarding our program, and our program has been live for over 5 years. In addition, over the life of our program we have certified thousands upon thousands of students and our porgram is highly regarded. We would not be in business for a very long time if the certificates were not delivered to our students.
In rear cases, non-delivery is possible due to faulty email addresses provided by students, junk email settings as well as other technical issues that are related to student's email account settings. When this occurs, we work extremely hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
