   I purchase two round trip air/cruise for a total price of $1125.00 full price.the first time it was offered I refused the cost and said it was too go to be true so i could not purchase this vacation until i check out this company and talked to my wife ,so I refused to accept offer.I called back later but was unable to make contact,due to the time change from arizona to connecticut.

    Jeffery Weinhard said that this offer was at a unbelieveable price and that any experienced person who cruises would not pass this up.I was on the phone foe over 30 minutes listening to how this was a two for one offer and air included with the price and that the $1125.00 price was for two people,air,transfer,food,hotals and all charges with insurance.

  I told him I would call him back after my wife came home.I missed calling him back so I called the next day and he was not in so the company transfered me to his home and he talked to my wife assuring her that all the same information he told me was true and that it was getting late on Friday and would have to have a decision ,so my wife gave me back the phone and I went over the charges again and ask that the only charge I would see on my credit card would be for $1125.00

   He said I would need to give him my credit card number  so he could call the princess cruise lines to make sure that the offer was still available.He assured me that the credit card was for the purpose to hold the offer and that i would not be charged until I had a chance to examine the charges before I was bound by my contract.He said he would call me back within 5 minutes.He did not call me back and I tried to call him with no ability to reach him and had no contract or any other verification as to price.

   the third day I called him and could not reach him and the office said they were trying to call him and could not make contact and would keep trying and would tell him if they got him to call me?Jay, at Ecruises told me he could not see any reservations make at this time. 

  Then I recieve an email saying the price is $2329.14 for 1 inside dbl occupancy and with bogues charges on may 22,2013 @ 1:35pm and i immediately called to inform the agent I would not agree to the higher cost and false charges.Jeffery could not be reached so I left word with Jay in the office.the next day i still could not reach jeffery and so I emailed my dispute to the charges.i asked to cancel this reservation but could not do to the regulations of ship cuises.

I called back  but could not reach anyone and jay claimed he got me $100.00 back from California and air was included so I could cancel my two rt. airflight for $590.00 from Southwest cause I would be flying United.

   I had no airline tickets on United and My promise of an upgrade was promise which I was coned and could not resind my contract without paying a ton-refundeable amount.

   I told Joe the manager in Connecticut I was cheated ,misled and was going to file dipute chargges with ny credit card company.I refused to agee to make room for me.

this is in response to employee of e cruises Jeff W.  First let's start here jefferey. my name is Jim not Ritchie. I am married to Tiffanie , vito is not. Please re read your entire response to e cruises are krooks. You and Michael ripka are kooks and he Michael deserves jail for coming on board the last day of the cruise and charging all our rooms for another cruise then forging are names, one of the names is a 8 year olds. It is not our fault vito lomuscio ripped your company off. He had a whole different story then you and mike.

Your company should of went after him and his parents legally but you felt like attacking me and my wife who have no control over what he does, friend wedding party member etc... all I can say is I never mentioned your name in my first response to this ever, till now.. your entire response makes no sense, first your calling me Ritchie??. Then saying Tiffanie and vito. Duh. Seriously. I just happened to be on here looking up a company and thought to see if there was anything on you guys again and I seen this.  O my. I understand it was reported in 2015 but I had to respond to your nonsense.  Stay away from ECRUISES.  Bad bad bad.

Client had group member rip off E Cruises

My name is Jeff Weingard, although I feel Richie & Tiffanie were slighted for not getting their tour conductor. Just a barbariic personal attack on me (Jeff Weingard) is not necessary

They sailed on the Nov 3 2013 NCL Breakaway for their wedding I know Tiffany and most of her immediate family

There were over 40 cabins booked and they sailed on the cruise and they were owed $2400 for a tour conductor

E Cruises.com was set to give Richie & Tiffanie their well earned tour conductor until there was a problem with 1 booking.

 

Vito Lomuscio was one of Wedding Party who sailed on the Cruise.  His reservation # was 22461704 .  He paid a deposit of $250  and on Aug 13 2013 authoirized me to use his parents Nicolla & Giacoma Lomuscio credit card (who was booked by him also 22881717) for $1602.01

E Cruises took the payment andused their own corporate credit card to secure Vito's cruise since he paid.

About 4 months later after the Cruise Has Sailed  I get phone calls from Giacoma Lomuscio asking why her credit card was charged for Vito's booking.

Giacoma filed a fraud dispute charge against her son Vito and the Credit Card refunded them the $1602.01,  this meant that E Cruises paid NCL the $1602.01  for Vito to Sail, but E Cruises had the $1602.01 taken away from them. The client sailed for free and committed fraud against E Cruises and his own family.

E Cruises made Vito aware of this atleast 10 times and I have text messages that state he would pay it back.  He was a liar and a their and never paid E Cruises  and rip offed E Cruises for $1602.01 ...

My boss Mike was livid that he personally lost $1600 ,  He tried to have Tiffanie & Jimmy (Richie Dellpietro) try to talk sense to Vito.

Once Tiffanie & Vito were not able and did not want to rectify the situation since they felt they werre owed their $$ and who cares if one of their bridal party commited a fraud felony

During the situation I was placed in a situation where I was friendly with client, but was just an employee.

These were my personal clients and Mike made my life miserable for what happened with Vito and threatened to take the $$ from me. 

Although I am not happy on how Mike handled the situation, but the nerve of Richie to attack me and put my name into this.

The truth had to come out. The group was never completed due to a break in the Terms & Conditions when E Cruises was defrauded by Vito Lomuscio.

I do feel that Tiffanie & Vito are owed a Tour Conductor for $2400, but please leave my name out of it. I work for the company and made sure they had a wonderful time on the Cruise.

Please take my name off the report please.

    this company is still operating in a ripoff capacity where they have no visible company enforcement due to being hidden as a collection agent for the cruise industry.beware,there are a lot of travel agents out there so do business with the reputable ones that can be checked out.also Do not give your credit card numbers until you have a writtn email or confirmation that the company does gurantee that what they say is truth and that all paperword will claim do not believe what you are told if it is not in writing

I am writing because this report is inaccurate. I have been in the Cruise Sales industry for 12 years and have not been reported on any site for any wrong doing except for this untruthful report.

His Complaint

 I purchase two round trip air/cruise for a total price of $1125.00 full price.the first time it was offered I refused the cost and said it was too go to be true so i could not purchase this vacation until i check out this company and talked to my wife ,so I refused to accept offer.I called back later but was unable to make contact,due to the time change from arizona to connecticut.  I quote all prices per person and never stated there was a 2 for 1 promotion.. Princess Cruises can validate the price and there was no such promotion offered.    $299 Cruise $145 Tazes $123 for the Transfer to Alaska via Train which He Requested  and Air Fare at $547.57 pp  Phoenix to Vancouver and Anchorage to Phoenix.  The Client talked fast as did I, He wanted to beleive the price was lower.  There was  only $23 in commission to be made in which I make 20%.  There would be no reason for me to be fraudulent to make a sale that would make me so little moneyu.

   the third day I called him and could not reach him and the office said they were trying to call him and could not make contact and would keep trying and would tell him if they got him to call me?Jay, at Ecruises told me he could not see any reservations make at this time.   There is no Jay at our office, The Employes at E Cruises on May 23 2013 were Jeff Len Terri Kathy Lisa Binu & Mike. All can be proven by labor records This never happened

If he was not happy and felt ripped off, he could have just disputed the charges.. E Cruises is a third party and would not have been affected if he just got his money back.

I called back  but could not reach anyone and jay claimed he got me $100.00 back from California and air was included so I could cancel my two rt. airflight for $590.00 from Southwest cause I would be flying United.  I refnded him $100 because he did not want our Free Travel Insurance which is posted on Website.. Told him he can get $100, realized it was not done and fixed it.  No Clue he had flights booked, why would I book  his Air if he had it already. 

   I had no airline tickets on United and My promise of an upgrade was promise which I was coned and could not resind my contract without paying a ton-refundeable amount.   Not sure what he is trying to say here, He is kinda rambling. He calle dmy office and actually paid $500 on June 8th because he wanted a better flight. Len contacted Princess and made sure his request was granted. I did say I would try to upgrade him to a balcony and failed.  A Balcony was $600 pp more and Princess was not willing to upgrade him since he was only paying $64 for his  7 day cruise before the taxes

   I told Joe the manager in Connecticut I was cheated ,misled and was going to file dipute chargges with ny credit card company.I refused to agee to make room for me.    Again there was no Joe at the office, I listed the names of the Employees which canbe proven by the department of labor

I have a feeling the client mis understood the price, did not want topay it and then turned this on me. I worked numerious hours and made no money. Now I have the ONLY bad custumer report  in 13 years and over 20000 cruises sold

ALSO ALL OF HIS CHARGES WERE FROM PRINCESS CRUISES WHICH WAS THE CRUISE COMPANY WE MADE THE RESERVATION WITH!! WHICH CAN BE PROVEN. 

I request that this be taken down immediately

Patrick contacted our company for a last minute cruise to Alaska.  I offered him a very cheap cruise on Princess (Sapphire June 1)  I gave him a price per person (which is how we quote and is on our website)

The Quote was $1125 pp which include a 7 Night Cruise to Alaska $299 pp Plus Taxes  Airfare and Train Transportation to and from the Cruise Ship

Patrick agreed to secure booking, could not be held because of the proximity to the sail date.  Based on his complaint, he assumed that the price was total instead of per person.  

We spoke in detail about the pricing, after he got the email.  He was not happy, but I explained the pricing and even gave him a confirmation from the cruise line stating the charges.

The Cruise was $299, in which $64 was the actual Cruise Rate.  The was only $19.20 made by our company, so there was no finanical gain made by this booking. Travel agencies make $0 on Airfare from princess.  I spent hours of time  losing $100s on potential sales to speak to Patrick on 15 to 20 different occasions

Also tried to get him an upgrade to a balcony which I did fail in obtaining.

I understand he feels ripped off, but there no intent to do so, There was just no financial gain for my company, but I felt good about the price since I usually sell the same cruise and air for $2000 pp

Also he sailed on the Cruise and took the flights. If he was really outraged, he could have disputed the charges and  not sailed
