ECS E Cigshop Ripped Me Off St. Louis Internet

The company mentioned sold me an E-Cig for $9.99. After I received it I got a they charged my credit card $89.00. When I called I was told that the ecig I got was a trial and I was suppose to let them know whether i was going to keep the vape pen or not. I never saw anywhere on the site that told me I would need to pay $89.99 for a little vape pen, that broke on the second day of use, and I can buy vape pens for under $20 all day. And they going to charge $89,99 for a vape pen that broke the next day. Beside all that, it was not mentioned on the site because I would have never paidthat amount of money for a vape pen.                                                                                                                                                                              

Then after I ordered the (.99 vape pen, I was giving thee choice to buy there vape juice every month for an outragious price which I declined. I checked the No box. Still they keep sending me the vape juice every month and I'm being charged $69.00. When I called and spoke with someone I was told that I was not giving a choice and that I had to receive the juice. That's crazy and not true. So I cancelled. But I was charged again this month for the vape juice. This company is so blanantly a rip  off! It's mind boggling!
