Ectaco advertised this product ( an ereader ) as able to download books and a 32 size font. We are unable to download any books. We even purchased a memory card to add books beyond what was preloaded when the reader was received. The font size is a 12, not a 32. The ereader was ordered for my 87 year old mother, who has macular degeneration. She could read a 32 font but not a 12.
