Had my Chev,Avalanche serviced, Oil change, tire rotated, took truck home left that night at 9pm the THE TPMS, light came on and would not go off, now took truck back home because dealer ship closed,N. I need my truck the next day SUNDAY so I took my vehicle to GOODYEAR and they reset the TPMS but I had to wait another hour for them to get to me, they reset TPMS took all of three minutes at no charge but I was thank ful for what they did for me so I gave there Service Dept 20 Dollar toke. So monday I took the receipt to Bozarth service dept to at least get my 20 dollar toke back because I should not of had to do what I did because when service was done at Bozarth service dept they should of rest the TPMS at that time ,so Dave the one that took the order call me on monday because there was a meeting going on with managers but when it was over he talked to the service manager he told Dave that they were not going to do anything because I could of brought the truck back to them and they would of reset the TPMS ,so end other word I was suppost to drive my vehicle with the TPMS light flashing the whole weekend not know what might happen to my truck TPMS driving that long I thought at least I could of got my 20 back plus get some kind of deal on my next oil change, but no as far as I was concerned they told me to put it where the sun don't shine and it was there fault to begin with, sorry bozarth chev, this is one customer that well talk your dealership down and service dept, Thank You for your INTEREST.
