Back in 2018 Eddie Vrab was refered to me by friends in the Mortgage business. We allowed Eddie Vrab to enter our business to start coaching, so he calls it. After about 2 weeks of working with Eddie he started asking for rmore money , he wanted to know more about our business. I was feeling taken advantage of during the entire peocess , as he was not following the training I gave to him and asked to train this way. 

This was causing issues in sales performance and more , The people being trained by Eddie where tell Managment he was telling them not to listen to Managment , But to call him if there was an issue. 

We caught Eddie on Camera and micro phones plotting to destroy our business , Talking people into stealing and taking deals , He made side deals with all the sales agents to take from the business and place in his bank accout. He was caught taking pictures of pipeliens and paying clients trying to work them for additional funds and steal the client. 

We started seeing trends that where not good , After about 2 weeks some of the Contractors started coming to Managment and telling them Eddie is asking for our cell phone numbers. Eddie is asking me for my personal e-mail addresses. 

1 week later we lost 2 of our best agents , and clients are now going missing. 1 week later we lost other key people in our business for no reason at all. We hired a private investagtor. 

Here is what we found - Eddie is a front guy to many other businesses , Once he figures out your business he steals the model and key people , he wil take your marketing contacts , he will take all your contacts. After having 45 days of investagation we discovered he was working on setting up additional office form the stole procedes from our office. 

Do every thing to AVOID this man , Do not let him in your building , in your business , around people you care for , Keep this Nation state Con Man away. He is not a COACH but a PROFESSIONAL THEIF
