I was applying for a pre-paid credit card because I am trying to re-build my credit. I only applied. I never received an answer as to what I could qualify for and never even got an e-mail. I checked my bank account about a week later and THere was a check written out to this company for $159.95 which put my account in the negative. I have about 160.00 in bank fees on top of that. I tried to reach the company and after holding for about 10 min or so they said I had to e-mail them. When I did that they said nobody was available. I have made a complaint with the BBB and finally got through to them after 4 days. The representative told me that I did in fact order this caed and she coul prove it. I explained to her that I NEVER ordered anything I only applied. Basically she said she would fax me a fraud form to take to the police. I never really wanted a card and DO NOT have one. I have a copy of their rating with the BBB and quite frankly I would like to know how they are still in business!!! I have had to close my bank account and do not feel at this point they will reimburs me anything. I wpould love to be a part of a civil action suit so please have the media,attorney or whomever is available contact me A.S.A.P!!

Angela you stated you only applied and never ordered anything. I think that would mean you applied for something and did not read the terms and conditions.

If you would have called the contact number listed on this site your more than likely would have been able to speak to someone. Please don't forget to let the people who must vent in this site know you did receive a courtesy refund.
