This company is a rip off. I was sent a "free" sample cosmetics and was charged $1 for it from my bank account. That was okay. I was not home when the samples arrived but my husband did say something came in. That was on 12/03/2009. I did not get home until 12/13/2009. I saw the cosmetics and would like to return them. I called the company on 12/16/2009 and was told that since it was not before the 10 day trial period, I could not return the cosmetics. I checked my bank statement and I was charged $130.41 on 12/14/2009. They will not refund my charge and I cannot return the cosmetics. There were no instructions on how to get a refund if not satisfied. Also, when I talked to customer service, they said there was something in the application that says I only had 10 days to return the product. I did not see such thing.

I found the cheap sample on a free stuff (and almost free) site and I went for it thinking it would be a nice gift for some one luckily I used a paypal debit card which had only $5 so they couldnt successfully pull the $130.41. So I accidentally conned the Con artist, I still have to cancel my card and get a new one but at least my money is safe, as a teenager I learned my lesson dont buy anything on the internet unless its a repuitable site.
