This individual advertises a program which supposedly shows you how to seek out commercial real estate for sale and market these properties to investors for a finder's fee or a piece of the action. I have several issues with the information I received.
First, it cost me $177 but was photocopied (and rather poorly), so the quality was not what you would expect for a $177 program. There were misspelled words throughout.
Second, it didn't include everything that he stated was in the program. There are no examples of presentations required to show the investor, and no guidelines for establishing finders fees, both as advertised in his sales letter.
Third, instead of giving good, useable investor contact information, he lists a bunch of real estate companies with their fax numbers only - information which he could have gotten off the internet in about 30 minutes. I contacted several of the companies and some of them don't accept deals from independent parties, only from their established network of brokers.
It's a very plain, basic report which basically tells you to go find properties and then peddle them to investors. Whoopee. I already knew that's what it was about - I needed more details.
When I contacted the seller and asked for a refund, here's a copy of his reply (exact wording - I copied and pasted it):
From reading your below original e-mail, it sounds
like you've had a lot experience in shiting people.
I can tell now that your're a professional bumb. I
should have reconized this from the start. I bet your sorry do nothing a**, orders from everyone on the net, then you cry foul. Oh! yes I've seen your type before.
Edgar Reeder
First of all, he doesn't know me. In reality I have only returned 1 thing in my life. In addition, he shows his true colors with the foul language (and misspelled words - just like in his report). The information I received from him could literally have been prepared by my middle school age son. Although, my son would have done a much better job.

BEST REAL ESTATE COURSE ON THE MARKET
AUTHOR: Cindy - (U.S.A.)

I acquired Edgar Reeder's "commercial real estate finder's course" in March of 2007.
As of this date I've closed my first deal, and walked away with a huge commission check.
Anyone who doesn't make money with this course, is just too lazy to put in the effort!.
As with anything in life, if you put nothing in, you can't take anything out.

Edgar Reeder's course is right on target

I purchased Mr Reeder's "commercial real estate finders course" in October of 2006.
I found his course to be very professional, and well written.
Since october I have done 3 real estate deals, and I've made some very lucrative commissions. Now I must admit that it does require work, but the rewards are well worth the effort.
I would not recommend Mr. Reeders course to anyone who is not willing to work at it.

How Disgusting!

And this guy calls himself a professional? Or even a businessman? One can tell by his total lack of spelling & grammar skills, as well as by his complete lack of professionalism, that he's nothing but a guy sitting in his mom's basement trying to sell some crap info that he made copies of at the local copy store.
