Edge Flooring gives consumer gummy grout, sliding tiles and the runaround Dalton Georgia

Purchased the edgeflooring tile 6 months ago and installed according to DVD provided, immediately noticed problems and contacted company, the company was unwilling to help stating just to follow the instructions. The grout that goes with the tile never hardened and has been gummy and soft ever since installation, and as a result the floor has nasty black gummy substance that we have to scrape off with a razor blade weekly. The adhesive that holds the tiles to the board to which they are attached has loosened and consequently the tiles have begun to slide and our floor is mismatched and the joints are erractic. In areas where the floor gives a little, the gummy grout has separated and we have deep cracks running along many of the joints. We contacted the company about this and without even seeing the floor, because they refused to come inspect it, they blamed it on "improper installation by consumer". So 800.00 and 6 months later our floor looks as if it has been there since our house was built in 1957, the product is as nasty as their customer service representatives and managers.
