i recently purchased an edge star mini keg from compact appliance. when i got it the regulator and the co2 releaser did not work. i called compact appliance and they sent me new ones, still the co2 releaser did not work. i called again, this time i wanted to return the product. after much arguing, they said they would return the product with a 25% restocking fee!! that is $50 to return a product that never worked. i called the manufacture and they did not want to take responsibility either. so here i am with a mini keg, that does not work and it will cost me $50 to return it. are you kidding, i went around and around with them both trying to explain how this was not fair to me. how the customer service was really bad. i feel that you should be very careful about purchasing anything from compact appliance in austin texas, and any product made by edge star. there i said my peace.
